I have a question about the Sprint TEP program. I have had my current phone replaced because of a malfunction with it. At the time I didn't understand the TEP program so I called asurion and paid the $50 for a refurb instead of taking it into a sprint center for repair or replacement. Now this phone is experiencing the same malfunction. I have still been paying for the TEP. My question is will sprint honor the TEP on an asurion replaced phone?
