Question for Current Sprint Employees

I did an ESN swap on sprint.com last night. I manually programmed my mdn and msid, so I can make and receive calls. However, my phone will not complete an update profile, so all of my epst info is missing. Like a dumba$$, I have never bothered to save that info so I cannot manually enter it in. I've been trying to get Sprint to help me all morning, but I was finally told that there is a national outage on data provisioning. Can anyone confirm if this is true, or just some BS they're feeding me to get me off the phone?

havent heard of any data outages. I have had a couple TP's update profiles just fine today. Im in Daytona Beach,FL. When i got my replacement, i had to manually enter that info and reset for it to work.

That's what I figured. Thanks for the info. I can't believe I've never taken 10 seconds to save that information.

Not to hijack but I am getting a TP today as a replacement for a broken Mogul. To activate online what info (if any) do I need from my Mogul?

I just had to log into my sprint account and choose the option to swap ESN's. I put in the ESN for my replacement phone and that was it. Nothing needed from the old phone.
