Question for Current Sprint Employees
I did an ESN swap on sprint.com last night. I manually programmed my mdn and msid, so I can make and receive calls. However, my phone will not complete an update profile, so all of my epst info is missing. Like a dumba$$, I have never bothered to save that info so I cannot manually enter it in. I've been trying to get Sprint to help me all morning, but I was finally told that there is a national outage on data provisioning. Can anyone confirm if this is true, or just some BS they're feeding me to get me off the phone?
