Thats how I started with the old treo's. I bought one for my wife at Sprint,along with my phone,bought the top of the line insurance. Found a treo 650 on e-bay for $50.00, took to Sprint said it's speaker sounded bad they tried it and I walked out with new treo 700 at that time. Now I have gone through (3) treo's, (4) moguls and now using TP.

it says invalid sku when i go to the section where you have to enter pin and telephone number anybody else have this problem?

Same SKU issue myself. I have checked almost every day for at least a week and they are offering reconditioned Moguls anyway right now.

well im glad to know im not the only one having that "invalid sku" issue at first i thought it was my account. than i tried my other account on a different name got same error.


thought it was my computer than or something. . .maybe sprint blocked my IP or something. . .


but came on here to see and find out im not the only one. . .thats good news 2 hear im not the only one but bad news since we all are having problems now with it. . .


anyone know whats going on? what this error is about?


or does anyone know if people at the sprint store. the techs at 3rd party sprint stores have the option to choose whatever phone they want to give to the customer? reason why i ask is because maybe ill try that and ask a tech to order my the touch pro instead of the mogul. ive heard they use to have the option in there system but now its whatever sprint wants to send when they do an advance exchange. anyone know the real answer???


but yes let me know if someone gets it to work and if they got a touch pro or not!?

Finnally Asurion has upgraded me to the TP. However they cancelled my insurance for 12 months. That sucks because I'm rough on phones, and a bit careless. However I heard it is a hit and miss with the upgrades. I didnt even ask for it. I was just making a regular claim (probably 6 in a years time), and voila, the rep said they would send out a TP and that was that. Cool!!!! I'm OK with it, I'll just baby my new TP for 12 months. hehe.

I tried everything: Sprint Customer Service, Sprint Tech Support, Sprint Account Service, HTC, Asurion, HTC Tech, HTC Repair.

Not one of them want to upgrade my phone.

The Advanced Replacement Site keep giving me the Mogul.
