Would a mogul with a circular white spot in the lower left quadrant (portrait) be sufficient enough reason for an advanced exchange?
And which option for 'Main Issue With Phone' would one select for advanced exchange? ['LCD / Screen Not Working' with a note in 'Additional Issues' about the white spot?]
Would I be able to see if they will send a mogul or a Touch Pro (and then possibly cancel the advanced exchange) before I accept an advanced exchange through the ‘Self-Services’ website?
The Mogul is generally unresponsive; I've missed some calls from it not waking up in time, and I have double pressed buttons because it won't respond immediately. The unresponsiveness is pretty annoying when you are in the decision tree for voice mail and can't go back to the last option. Also, when I try to close a program with the X-button in the upper right corner on the Today screen, it takes a second or two to generate the list of running-programs - not good if you need to put away your phone quickly and don't want the battery to run down because of running programs.
Every so often it will freeze and need a reboot.
I'd hate to get stuck with a worse mogul. I got the mogul about a month before the Touch Pro was released.
