I would imagine that very few people have a mogul with no issues. If you are running stock rom you are going to have lock ups, at least every one I know that has one has that problem. Mine had that and also the white spot in the screen.

OK, I got my TP. Does anyone have a link to the steps to reflash my mogul to the stock rom and relock it? What order do I do the steps in? Flash first and then run nuesp relocker? is that it?

Yep, flash the latest stock rom and then relock.

Actually the most they can charge you is $200 for a mogul that shows no signs of defect.

Mine had a defective USB port so it wouldnt sync and the previous I had with that problem then started to fail to charge

my luck sucks, I had no white spot yesterday when i was trying to get a replacement and it was offering TP but my good heart didnt want to cheat so this morning my phone has white mark its locking up keyboard is not working correctly and i tried to do the swap its telling me its going to give me the same phone. This is my 4th mogul since December 08 they keep sending me a mogul which works for couple weeks and screws up i am running a stock rom.

I know that you can cancel requests from sprint. but can you cancel claims on the asurion website after you have started
