I dont think this is true. You can do it through Asurion and also get upgraded to the TP if they don't have any moguls left. They are out of moguls at the same time the sprint page shows it can be replaced with the TP. My friend did it last week and he got a brand new TP from Asurion. The only thing is that you still have to pay the $50 even if you have TEP. I did it yesterday with them 'cause I did lose my mogul so couldn't do it through Sprint but it was at that time that it was available to upgrade to the TP on the sprint page. I am still waiting for the tracking info from them, I called today and they said that I should get it today or Monday at the latest, but they confirmed that I was approved yesterday and that I'm getting a new TP. They charged the $50 but it is definitely worthy. You can also file a claim online at phoneclaim.com, the TP will appear there if they have no moguls in stock, you just got to make sure the sprint page it's showing that they are replacing moguls for TP because with Asurion you can't cancel the claim, they know when you started the claim so if you exit and then try again, they will tell you that you already started another claim, to continue that one, or call. I just hope I get my TP soon. Good luck to others.

yeah im having a problem tracking my phone as well i ordered my mogul (was planning on turning it back anyway) on tuesday and when i called today to get the tracking info and they said they dont have the tracking yet. they said i should of got my phone today. Where is phone???

Yea....but what they are going to charge is cheaper then buying TP

Not what I read. If you return a working Mogul with no issues, they'll charge you full retail.

I would imagine that very few people have a mogul with no issues. If you are running stock rom you are going to have lock ups, at least every one I know that has one has that problem. Mine had that and also the white spot in the screen.

My mogul is broken though its water damaged

OK, I got my TP. Does anyone have a link to the steps to reflash my mogul to the stock rom and relock it? What order do I do the steps in? Flash first and then run nuesp relocker? is that it?
