1. state the problems you yourself are having with the phone.
2. online worked for most of the people posting on this thread including myself.
3. asurion is the insurance group sprint and other cell companies use for insurance on their products (with asurion you will have to pay the $55 deductable, through the sprint website you proabably wont).
