I can confirm that as of 1400 hours today I placed my request on the sprint link..and ....

Replacement Phone Information:
Model Name: UTStarcom Touch Pro Handset Kit

NOTE: Replacement orders are shipped via UPS standard overnight. Please allow

I did it online. Filled out the form on Saturday, and got the new Touch Pro on Monday. And it was a holiday on Monday!

With this do you need to send in your mogul? I haven't caught all the posts and hoping someone can sum up with Where the website is and if you need to send in your 6800 after you get the pro..

It seems to. I put my info in this morning, supposedly it "took". Will see if anything wonderful shows up tomorrow or friday. If you don't have TEP, it's $55.

I went ahead and listed in my long list of defects random freezing, unresponsive keyboard, white spot (which I finally saw, yay me) and erratic/freezing GPS. All true, all things I can live with, and all things that are reproducible on mine.

I thought Sprint was going to make me change my plan as well. I have 2000 mins and unlimited night & weekends for $45 a month. I have had this plan forever but they did not make me change it.

Quick question, could someone answer this? When I send back my mogul... am i supposed to delete all the information on it? Contact list, text messages etc? Never dealt with a phone replacement before... so would be glad if someone could answer? aznxg01d... you could possibly wait until the Moguls are EOL again... though the ones they have now are most likely everyone else's broken phones which they're fixing and sending out again...
