Isn't that only for Asurion orders? The self-service exchange form does not go through Asurion.

I really have no idea. It was posted and I filled it out to see. Sure enough, the form tells me I will get a TP In exchange for a Mogul. I didnt continue the process with the "next" but others have. It gives you a number which then apparently can be used to "track your claim" on Asurions phoneclaim.com site according to the others who posted regarding it. It makes no sense because Asurion says over the phone all they can offer is Touch Diamond and Treo 800w. This could be because the TP is back ordered.

Unfortunately my order doesn't show up. It says allow 24 hours to pass from order submission before tracking... it's been 22 hours. Hopefully my order didn't get screwed up.

Had no luck with the link or a regular CS agent, but soon as I called Tech Sup and gave them the ER***** after a couple of minute wait I got a TP confirm along with a UPS track number.

If you want a TP replacement forget Asurion and go to the sprint link on page four.

Was just told by Asurion they are not offering the TP because it as backordered and they will not offer a replacement phone that is backordered, because that would be pointless. So I told them to leave it that I want a Mogul, and if that doesn't come in before the TP's, then I'll keep *****ing. If I get the Mogul, then I can do the Sprint replacement that IS offering the TP because I'm having a premonition that my new Mogul will turn itself off at random times...

Yes, I went through the Sprint/Nextel link and Asurion did not have my claim number in the system, nor did they recognized my confirmation number. So, the phoneclaim.com link is only for Asurion, which explains why they are only offering the Diamond and Treo 800w, and Sprint is offering the Pro.
