I am worried now about all the hit and misses on the replacements. I have e-mailed ecare and advanced exchange group tonight. Maybe I will get a good response on monday. Can't get the tracking links to work.

Just talked to a tech rep and recieved a confirm of a Touch Pro and a tracking number with a UPS confirmed delivery of 20 Jan.

I just did the advanced replacement and received an email stating that they're sending me a new tp... for my wife, i had previously went to the sprint service center and they exchanged my mogul for a tp. I told my boy he went and they did the same thing on the same day... so just be nice to the reps in store and they'll probably hook you up.

did the advanced thing for wife since was jealous!

oh ya good luck to all trying this

i did this and it says replace with touch pro.:headbang: we will see when it gets here and i will let all of you know.
this is what the email after says:
