Re: Bad news for Sprint...
A lot of it can be based on customer service... I work at a company that employs about 90-100 people and they have phone plans for the directors and managers (about 10 or so)... I talked to the person who runs the phone lines and is the liaison for the company... They used to have both Sprint and AT&T... She now only works with AT&T... Why? Customer Service is horrendous...

Re: Bad news for Sprint...
Hmm So what would sprints options be? Would a verizon buyout of sprint be on the horizon? It's kinda sad that sprint let themselves get in the shape there in before they tried to fix there problems.

Re: Bad news for Sprint...
Verizion would never buy Sprint, Sprint will overcome this its that simple... Their share's are probably so spread out that even if they were to get right again then it would take a while to show...

Wish I could say that. Seems to totally depend on who you get on the other end. eCare never gives me an ounce of satisfaction. Not once in 10 years.

Re: Bad news for Sprint...
You just need to know what and how to say it... 'Let me talk to your superviser' and 'I heard [insert competeting cellular company] knows how to treat customers right.. Can I talk to customer retentions?' works pretty well
