Burst speeds, sure. Sustained? Probably not even in a Lab.

And we're talking throughput here, not raw speeds, since the 5GB cap would be for bytes pushed through the pipe sans all the various extra bits wrapped around it.

I would expect no one could average 200+KB/sec for 7 hours straight on an EVDO RevA connection. But it would be fun to try. Just don't leave the phone in your pocket while you try

But at this point we're splitting rabbits. Two things are clear

1) its a cap meant to trip up specific usage patterns and
2) with sprint TV, Sprint actually sells you one of the usage patterns they then turn around and flag as "excessive use"

Should be fun. Let's watch....
