No. Because you aren't using PAM, and they can't detect [i hope] that you're tethering, it will just be an enormous amount of data to use on a phone. I suggest that you DON'T USE TORRENTS so that Sprint doesn't catch on. If they do, we all lose our ability to tether to do light stuff when on the road.

Well this is NO good. It's only been six days in my billing cycle and i already almost have 4GB of data usage....

I looked online but for some reason i couldnt seem to find June's bill so i could check the usage but i'm positive it was over 5GB.

I have "unlimited" data included with my plan, but from what im understanding since im tethered to my MacBook using ICS I should be ok because it 'appears' as handset usage? Am i correct in this?

As far as what has been said, you should have NO PROBLEM if you are not a registered data card or PAM user. Since you are just using the phone's standard data connection, they don't know you are using their services. If you are charged extra [which you shouldn't be] you have legitimate leverage.

So, when exactly will I be able to cancel my contract with sprint and avoid the 200$ early termination fee? I want to move over to sero, this normal billing thing is killing me.
