Chat on line and send them their own link to TOS and what happens when they change TOS.

That way, you also have documentation for yourself when they send you the email transcription of your chat service

Not only that, but according to the clueless bitch i talked to today, back in May i was 'told' that the Insurance was changing to $8 a month. Bull crap, cause here is what my bill says:

Company to insure the obligations of Asurion
Warranty Protection Services, LLC, providing
your Equipment Service & Repair Program
Contract. Both insurers are CNA companies.
NOTHING about a rate increase. The best thing she could come up with was a $3 credit and I said, that wont do cause you changed the terms of my agreement without my permission.

So, check your bills....

LOL, i just got off the phone and the guy wouldnt let me cancel and stay as a customer. So i said "i can cancel my lines but you dont want me as a customer at all?" he replied "no we dont". This is after 10 years, 10 months and 10 days with them...

Guys also tell or ask sprint if its ok if you record call and ask for reps name and id #, that usually keeps the bs to a miminum.
