Sprint network/data issues today?

yea something isnt right, ive been having issues with this in and around my zipcode area since february and still no light at the end of the tunnel, sometimes i can get speed bursts of how things used to be during the day but they are often shortlived. i mean how hard is it to fix a tower? supposedly its being worked on since feb. in my sig is an example of the shit speeds i get on 3G with 3 out of 5 signal bars, which normally is capable of speeds no slower than 650kb. because of this i got a credit which relieved me of my entire bill so i called again to try to renew it and im only getting $20 off this time around. they need to actually tell us whats going on instead of putting on coverage maps "great coverage with outstanding connectivity" what a fucking joke!!
