Eric they are giving you the run around like they did me back in june. They know damn well the towers wont be fixed. Just migrate your number to tmobile. I bet after you do they waive the eft. Thats what happened to me when we went to verizon.

that sounds risky, what if they don't? More towers are messed up now too, the one that serves my school might be a little messed up and the one in uptown Chicago by my train station is messed up now too I think.

Well then make installment payments on the eft. It cant be that expensive on a arrive. Im telling you they are giving you the run around. The towers arent down, there overloaded. Your the customer and if your not happy its time to take matters into your own hands.

Good idea, I already made a bid on a few HD7s on eBay plus I just got a financial aid check in the mail. I think my ETF may be $150 and if that's the case then it's actually cheaper for me to pay it and leave than to stay and continue to deal with the shitty speeds.

Agreed and good luck. Keep us posted. Theres no reason to have to just suck it up and deal with crappy service. Maybe when enough people leave, sprint will take notice.

why buy an hd7 from ebay? I mean best buy is offering them free with contract and it sounds like you will be signing a contract with them, or are you planning pre-paid service with them?

Does prepaid even include data? I thought it didnt.

@fixxxer2008 T-mobile has 3 prepaid plans

$30-unlimited text,5GB full speed data and 100min talk
$50-unlimited talk,text but only 2GB full speed data
$70-unlimited talk,text and 5GB full speed data.

And @eyeb the reason to buy one from eBay is to get it on the prepay plans listed above. If I were to get it free on contract I'd probably have to wait at least a year to upgrade, whereas if I'm with prepay I can just sign a contract when the better phones come out.

@eric12341 yeah that was what I was wondering, if you were going prepaid. Just out of curiousity, have you checked craigslist instead of ebay? I see them on CL going for $200-250 (the ones for $250, I've been able to talk down to $200 on past transactions, $200 down a little to around $175). I checked ebay and it doesn't seem much cheaper than that, and you don't get to play with it to see if it works before buying
