Re: Sprint Nixing $10 Premium Data Fee?
i just got off the phone with a sprint rep who couldnt answer my questions regarding this 10 add on charge so he took the easy way out and hung up on me. called back a second time and had a female rep laughing because as much as she was trying to explain the fee she knew it wasnt working. when i explained to her what the plans say in the ads she couldnt defend sprints position for doing this. and she couldnt say anything since she works for the company. when i mentioned to her its like going to a buffet and paying 30 dollars at the door and then going inside and they charge you another 10 because some of the food is premium, all she could do is laugh. she knew.
