Now charging port is a different story. If (port) its ain't attached to the mother board any more (broken off) for an example that's insurance. Liquid damage or damage to mother board is assurion. Heads up!

Back on topic Sprint's service and repairs is good now a days with new procedures. Even before when I think about it, only with a repair centers if im not mistaking. Right?

Replacing an Evo screen is a simple fix, since the device is easy to take apart and has very few pieces. In reality, the only "pieces" to the phone are the back housing, the motherboard, and the front housing (screen).

In our location, if you bring an Evo in with a different screen type than what we have in stock, we'll exchange it.

I love TEP. Last week my earpiece blew, went to the Sprint repair center and they replaced the ear piece in about two hours for free. I was even rooted, but I did load up a stock rom.

I half retract my statement, while the ear piece did get fixed for free, they broke the tab holding the back frame around the top. I had to take apart my phone cause I could hear it jiggling around in there. Now there is a slight gap, looks like someone tried to pry my phone on the top middle.

Guess ill be making another visit soon. It wouldn't be so bad if I didnt live 45 minutes away from the nearest repair center. Maybe I should complain, but I never really was a complainer, lol.
