Sprint Says: National 4G Outage 1/24 -->

I've been having troulbe with 4G not connecting. I called Sprint, worried about some issue with the local area, and was told by 3 different representatives in the tech services area that there's a national 4G outage since 1/24, when they started working on it at 4:36pm (central). They say the outages are "periodic and sporadic" (umm... whatever that means), and there's no update on when the service may return.

I'm in Greensboro NC and I've got no coverage for 4G at all; 3G and voice are OK.

Anyone else? Anyone from GSO with coverage in 4G?
