I had the same charge listed as a "Premium Data" Message. I called Verizon and they told me it was a SUBSCRIPTION for Social Card Alerts @ $9.99/month In order to stop it I have to text "STOP" to the site that signed me up. They couldn't give me any info from there as to the company iffo or address to text back to. Good Luck!
