Yea currently you would have to call in to swap from a 4G device to a 3G device and vice-versa. I tried doing it and it prompts you to call in. Hopefully Sprint fixes this error.

Hm, I'm confused. The SERO Premium 1250 was $59.99 the last time I checked. I presume you're getting some sort of discount?

SP 1250 - $0.05 per minute
SP 500 - $0.08 per minute

The SERO Premium 500 is 63% more expensive (per minute) than the SERO Premium 1250.

Due to the addition of the Unlimited Any Mobile to Mobile, I downgraded my plan to the 500. We'll see how things turn out at the end of the month.

I was stating the old/original SERO plans. Not the Premiums.
