Re: SERO Premium

I wonder if they'll offer non-Sero customers something similar. I've got a basic 200 plan, with 800 free bonus minutes, unlimited data, roaming, texts, and sprint to sprint for $36 a month after taxes.

If they said I have to pay an extra ten bucks a month to be eligible for phone upgrades, I'd jump on it in a second.

Re: SERO Premium

In case you guys haven't seen the other thread, sprint went official with new SERO plans today. http://community.sprint.com/baw/thre...?featured=true and from what I read on McGuires Law, SERO customers with the BIS addon will be automatically upgraded into the SERO Premium Plan .

StingRay,
On October 1 your BIS Buy Up will be converted to the SERO premium plan at the same price. This will include BIS, Any Mobile, Anytime, and Nav.

There are no changes planned for the SERO data card plans.

Thanks,
Russ

That will work fine for me. When Oct 1 rolls around and I decide to get maybe the Evo, the $10 + $10 fees added to my $30 SERO plan will bring the total to only $50/mo.

The online form states that it is for Sprint employees that have SERO accounts and are leaving the company, but if you choose option one it will work for anyone that has SERO already. I already received an email from Sprint saying that the change has been made and it will take affect beginning my next billing cycle which is about one week from now.

If anyone is interested in the link to the online form, let me know.

Yes, I would like the link. I emailed ecare last week asking to do this and they said no, so if there's an online form I can try I would certainly appreciate it.

Re: SERO Premium

How much is a SERO 1250 worth with a $150.00 upgrade an 3 months left on the contract?
