NO service at home

I currently have three lines @ my home but they all receive little if any service at home. When i got the Evo i the signal strength would increase and it did but im still dropping and constantly missing calls.

However at the store someone told me to call CS and tell them i was going to cancel my lines and they would send someone out, do some tests and if it was true. Install air wave for free and wave the monthly cost for 2 years.. Has anyone had any experience with this?? when i called customer support the person basically wanted to get me off the phone with little interest in helping me?

so has anyone achieved this feat? is there anything i can do to increase signal? coarse them into getting me Airwave???
