Re: Evo on free and clear! Finally :)
Thanks for the new info, but....
No Dice, shot down yet again. I'm startin to think that the only way to get your line switched over to the new plan is to know someone who can do it. This is attempt #4 or 5, to different customer service numbers and multiple attempts at each one, and the answer is always "you'll have to go thru your rep to get your plan changed." Any other news/ideas? |

Re: Evo on free and clear! Finally :)
All I can say is that the last number I gave def works....but you have to have 3rd Party Employee Plan.....you cannot have a Consumer or Business type account......it won't work. Just call to confirm the type of plan you have and that will tell your next move.

The dopest phone there ever was...and I can't use it! It's maddening! |

Re: Evo on free and clear! Finally :)
Perception, I think the issue is you need to find out what the codes they need to enter are. The DEMO Indirect Employee W Plan has a code, like the free and clear did. I think I remember a code being EPP3 but not sure if that listed multiple third party plans or not. I've had good luck and have been able to find a rep to help me within 2-3 calls in the past. There's always one rep that actually knows more than the rest and you need to find him or her. Unfortunately you'll need to handle the calls, I think the best we can do is arm you with info. If you're no longer an employee, see if you have any old friends at your work that can get your Sprint account rep to contact.

Re: Evo on free and clear! Finally :)
Jason,
Yeah I do need to find out the codes, but I really don't have a way anymore. The problem is, all my friends on the "inside" so to speak aren't with sprint anymore, or I no longer have contact with them. My question is, am I going about this the wrong way? I used to work for Shenendoah Telecommuniations (Shentel) which is an indirect seller/retailer that owns several Sprint stores along the north-eastern-ish seaboard (PA, VA, MD, etc)...that IS considered 3rd party isnt it? The plan they had/have me on is the Free & Clear Unlimited plan... If all that sounds right, then I guess I just have to keep plugging away until they either get me hooked up or take away my employee line. |

That should dictate whether or not you can or can't. |

Where can I find that out for sure? here's a screen shot of my plan info straight off my account page at sprint (sensitive items blurred of course)
