Am in killa Queens! At times i get about 2 bars the most. But it only stays for like 10 seconds then back to 3G, haha.

Looks like I have Good 4G signal, but only right at my apartment. Seems like there's a tower around New Utrecht / 79th. Average speed from number of tests I've done is 3.5mbit down and 1mbit up.
