Yeah this thread fails. Sprint is great. 3G coverage is great where I live and I have 4G coverage close by.
Although their 3G coverage isn't as good as Verizon's, its still better than AT&T's, and its cheaper than both. Above all they have the Evo, so whats your beef with them?

I have been with Sprint for 10 years. In the time, there service in my area has constantly been improving. I have very few dead areas now. My parents are with verizon, and pay extra for a lot of features that I have I have included in my plan. I have no complaints with Sprint. I think that my parents phones drop more calls than mine.

Sprint also allows me to apply my 25% discount to all lines on my service. My mom works for the same company and Verizon only lets her apply the 25% discount to her line, not my dads....

oh and Verizons CS blows....

Epic Thread!

On a serious side, any old timers remember "Claire" and the $3 charge to talk to a live person? Those were the days. I remember racking up $9 bill for talking to 3 different reps and getting 3 different answers for SAME question. Wanted to know if my phone will work in Miami without roaming fees. Answer 1 - Yes, it will work. Answer 2 - No, you will pay for roaming. Answer 3 - We do not have service in Miami.

Sprint has it's issues, and from what I have seen and heard they have been slowly getting better. I have to say they have done everything Verizon couldn't for me. I lived in a bad reception area, and the best Verizon could do is sell me there "network extender" for $200...I wouldn't do it...its not my fault your coverage in my area is horrible...and for that they let me out of my contract without ETF's...I moved on to Sprint, got my phones...same residents..same issue..bad coverage....I called Sprint up and without hesitation..they give me the Airave for free...no questions asked..

At the beginning when I joined Sprint it was pretty rough when it came to CS calls...I used to get all the India people...and they would either hang up on me or get flustered and repeat themselves...but over time I have noticed alot less india reps, and more english reps. Not sure what happened or what changed but it seems for the better. Another thing you will get with Sprint is the Premier perk, Verizon just ended theres and just lowered there NE2 credit...but Sprint stays at $150...So I wouldn't complain that Sprint sucks....if you know how to talk to the reps, you will get your way...for the most part. I have, and am happy with the service...

I agree its definitely the best service I have ever had. I have only had Verizon and Sprint though.

The thread would not have been so stupid if you would have at least better explained your reasons for saying you HATE Sprint. To make that statment you have to back it up with factual reasons.
