I have been with Sprint for 10 years. In the time, there service in my area has constantly been improving. I have very few dead areas now. My parents are with verizon, and pay extra for a lot of features that I have I have included in my plan. I have no complaints with Sprint. I think that my parents phones drop more calls than mine.
Sprint also allows me to apply my 25% discount to all lines on my service. My mom works for the same company and Verizon only lets her apply the 25% discount to her line, not my dads....
oh and Verizons CS blows....
