Verizon is the only one to ever rip me off. Some clown in the store, while I was doing a phone swap back in the flip phone days 8 years ago or so, put texting on my phone. I had never sent a text, and didn't really know or care what it was at the time. I didn't catch it for 18 months, and they would only credit me 3 months, this despite the fact that there was ZERO texts in or out during that 18 months. The guy just "slammed" it on there to get a commission or something. So I ported my number to Sprint, and refused to pay the ETF

Even though Sprint is nickel and dimming me I still see them as the cheapest carrier for me. Everyone else is 20.00 plus a mo.
