Have you had a sprint rep look at your account anytime before the claim was made? Ive heard alot of the fraud seems to be from an insider, and not just some hacker.

Sprint online advanced exchange has been discontinued. That has nothing to do with someone calling Asurion and getting an insurance replacement or going through phoneclaim.com and getting it that way. So the same thing could happen to you again unfortunately. Though the odd thing is normally you have to give them the $100 deductible via credit card. I know some people have had it charged to their bill but Asurion wouldn't do that for me when I used them.

well thats the address I got from assurion, I just used the name from there. and I am waiting on assurion to call me back. I emailed my executive rep earlier today. now I wait and see.

Far as I recall, the last time I used Asurion, the replacement device was sent to the address on the account. Is someone actually able to have a replacement device sent to a name and address other than whats on the account...assuming not the work of an insider?
