Does the laptop require desktop manager or just BBSAK is enough.

You need the blackberry drivers. So pretty much need desktop manager installed

Just wondering, I inadvertently installed some apps/themes on my 9700 when installing OS6. I read the phone and hi-lighted the apps/themes I wanted to remove. I was told they were removed by BBSAK. Lo and behold, the items are still there. Even did a battery pull with no luck. I've tried this on both version of Windows 7. (32 & 64 bit) with the same result(s).

my newly installed bbsak 1.9 isnt working.. help anyone... im running on xp. cant connect to the phone but connects to the desktop manager, mfi and loader.

Hi. I have downloaded BBSAK 1.9, i have a bb gemini wich is on sos signal and the best i could get was gsm signal, when its suposed to be edge. BBSAk does not recognize or c onect with mi phone, even when DM does conect with it. I tried hit kill proicess button, and nothing happend. Could ou plaese help me?

Hi mr. Wideawake, I gat a BB 8520, it is SOS osgnal every time, I've tried OS update, go factory settings, instaled 1.9 and 1.7 BBSAK versions and no one recognize my phone. The most I have taken is GSM signal whin it is suposses to have EDGE signal I ran BBSAK since program files/bbsak folder as administrator and nothing. Im runing everything in a laptop ith vista 32bits instaled. Culd you please help me.

Good afternoon "Wideawake"
I love BBSAK but the lastest version is not working for me. I have two BlackBerry 8330s with two different carriers. But here's my problem, I save all my 3rd party apps from both phones. Well with the 1.9 version the "jad maker" pops out the side and when I click "add COD" the "JAD MAker' popout closes and the file section with the "COD files" opens and I click on the "COD file" that I wanted to use with the "JAD Maker" ... The "JAD Maker" window was closed, not adding the "COD file" to the "JAD Maker" I just don't have any ideas on what to do...

I seem to have a problem. BBSAK backs things up OK but after I do this my application list is small Options->applications->3rd Party apps. All the apps are still all there but I can't see them anymore in the list. I needed to change compatibility mode on one of the apps I use and I can't since I can't see it anymore in the list. But wait! There's more.... I just updated ubertwitter via OTA. Now everything is gone from the phone other than ubertwitter and anything that I have installed since the last backup - even the BBSAK Backup module? Have any idea what is going on? and what can I do so it won't happen again? Or what did I do wrong that could have caused these things to happen.
This is 9550 with the current released 1015 OS.
