Re: How good is Android on TP2?

Try this thread for some speed tweaks. I am using a couple of them and havent had any different stability issues. I would agree that the Froyo 7.1 is about as stable as Winmo, and you have the ability to use the Market to get newly developed apps. Wont get that from anywhere in Windows right now for our phones. The onlyproblem I have had is that it may random reboot about once a week. Other than that it is good to go. If you have the .apk to your old programs, just put them in the Android App folder that comes with the bundle and you should be good. Might have to use a Astro or some other file manager to get there to install. Like I said before,I have a couple of programs that just dont work, but I dont know why and I cant really blame on Android. Everything has been working beyond my expectations for at least a couple of weeks.

Quick edits haven't worked for me on PPCG in months... If you click "Go Advanced" and then "Save Changes" it works. Quick edits just spin and spin and never save.

As for sakshamkatyal is saying... Our phones aren't made for Android. Consider yourself lucky that it works as well as it does. The developers have worked hard for nearly two years to get it where it is today. The Rhodium is from 2009, but it has processor and RAM specs from 2007 - so I consider myself very fortunate that the damned thing can run Android at all!
