SD Class 2 vs Class 4...

Is there a real-world difference between using a Class 2 card versus 4 or faster? Of course the card is faster, but if the TP2 is already the hardware bottleneck with a Class 2 card then it won't make a difference having a faster card.

So has anybody tried both and seen an actual difference?

Difference would be minimal, if any. Class 4 seems to be the sweet spot, folks with faster cards have reported issues using Android.

The higher class will net you some faster transfer speeds, when the SD card is pulled out of the phone and xferring files.

There will be little to no speed increase in Android, which is what I assume you're asking.

Yep, that's what I meant, is if there was a performance difference running Android off of a faster SD. Thanks!

SD Class 6 Sandisk all the way. Fast reliable multi-boot speed.
