I rar'ed all my system files and I'll pm you links to them. Maybe something inside will fix your calling issues. I'd say try formatting and just use the ones that work for me. I've used used these same files for quite a few reboots and whatever is in them always works regarding phone calls at least...
Hrm, well I await your PM. I'm curious to see what you're using, and if it actually has an effect on my calls.

They're from the autobuild... Nothing special. Trying to sort out why his RHOD400 would be just fine with calls, and mine freaks out. I'm leaning towards radio firmware, just because all else is basically equal. I'm going to test the files he sent to me, but from a glance they're no different from what's in the autobuild.

Re: Does the future hold BT for andriod on TP2?

PM sent. But yeah, I have not modded any of those files. They are all stock, and should be the latest versions. All I know is that two TP'2 in my office use those exact same files and we have zero problems with calls. NONE.

I sometimes get in a ADW force closed loop thing, but I am always tweaking and trying new mods, so I guess that is going to happen. Then I restore back to stock with the files I sent you guys and it just works again. Sometimes I reformat, using windows even, and sometimes I just wipe the andboot folder clean and drop the sent folders back in.

I'm going to look into my radio info when I'm in Windows next. Also, I use SharkieRom before I boot into Android.

Re: Does the future hold BT for andriod on TP2?

Sorry OP, but here is the software info from my phone in Windows mode:

OS version: 5.2.23563 (23563.5.5.0)
Manilla version: 2.5.20161332.0
ROM version: SharkieROM v1.3 WWE
ROM date: 9/22/2010
Radio version: 2.32.00WF
Protocol version: M76XXDSDCAPPZM-6125
Harware version: 0004
PRL version: 60671
PRI version: 2.20_003
Browser verision: MSIE 6.0

I just remembered my co-workers phone is on a stock Sprint ROM, so it has nothing to do with the pre Android ROM.

Yea, we've pretty consistently proven that WinMo ROM has no effect whatsoever on Android.

I unfortunately have the exact same radio version as you do... What's odd tho, I noticed my CE OS version is older than yours - but I'm running EnergyROM from 12/1...Weird. Ah well, I'm trying these files now. Unfortunately it doesn't happen on every single call, seems to happen only on calls that matter

Alright, booting it now... Trying to be as bare-bones as possible with this one.

Ok, I've decided to take this to another thread, we've really derailed this one.
