Just registering for those that need to know.

RHOD400 / Energyrom 8/10 23xxx Cookie
OliNex 1.00 HardSPL Unlocked, NOT SIM/Cid unlocked
RUU Uploader Flash via USB
Battery removed before flashing
Power + Vol down for bootloader prior to flashing
Booting with cable unplugged immidiately after completed flash
Rootfs.img placed in android, andboot, and root of storage card
Blazin build froyo 2.2 zip installed and run already on storage card prior
Android boots. All seems to be exactly the same as running haret except no in-call sound and power off causes lock-up now (requires removal of battery or soft reset). Just FYI.

Re: Installing Android to Nand?

I noticed a file in the zip initrd.gz.tinboot Where should this go/what should be done with it? I would assume its necessary (I've seen it mentioned for other models, not tp2). Any help would be appreciated. I'll be testing on my own now as well...

Sorry, that wasn't supposed to be in the package, it's unneeded.

NOT currently booting for me, although I'm still trying a few different things to see if I can make it come around. I'll be sure to keep you posted.

Boominsvx, do you have the "earlier" or "later" TP2? Mine has the white background with green text HTC (later I believe), while I believe the "earlier" models say Touch Pro 2 on the bootloader. Maybe this is why we have such similar setups but different results. I followed your instructions to the letter, and even tried copying the initrd.gz.tinboot file that wasn't necessary to all 3 folders (root, android, andboot) still no go. Just trying to get the devs all the info they can use.

Re: Installing Android to Nand?

Right now, the sd card isn't used unless it get's past the tp2 logo. So until you see lots of random text, it's not an issue with the sd card.

The Touch Pro 2 I handed in like last week for warranty had the green htc on a white background and I took it out of the first shipment the store got back when I still worked there. Originally it had the Touch Pro 2, but when they released their official 6.5 update, thats what made it have the green letters. Now, I believe they are shipping with the 6.5 update. If I'm wrong, please tell me, but I think this is why some have green htc and some have Touch Pro 2.

Well right now mine has a white screen with htc, but when I got it a few weeks ago (due to a tragic loss of my prior one in the middle of a state highway), it has the black screen with touch pro 2. If you want to get a little more technical, cdma Wo&*$hop 2.7 says:

Software: DSDCABPZ
Compiled: Feb 26 2010 16:39:50
Released: Apr 07 2009 07.00.00

Don't ask me how that's possible, but it's something to compare to. I found it while looking for my MSL that I recently lost. Still don't have it either. Need a newer version of this software soon. lol If you know your MSL, the build date will probably be in there. ##your6digitMSLcode# or in one of the other menues that require your msl to get into.
