Why not get cricket $40 plan and flash to evo?

I have $30 sero plan and am contemplating this after getting hooked on android. Or wait for windows 7 phone hopefully will be sero. If iPhone went to verizon could prob flash it too.....

Questions about cricket - would they raise your price plan on you down the road since no contract? Can I get static ip? Can I tell phone not to roam to prevent possibility of roam fees?
