Try out WisTilt2's test kernel in [TESTING] New Kernel (Speakerphone/autobl). He's testing some new power management code as well as some adjustments to his in-call speakerphone mic fix. It should improve your battery life.

I heard it also helps if your aGps data has been recently updated in the WinMO side (still looking for an app to update aGps data on the Android side)

I can confirm that this is true. If you run QuickGPS from WinMo before booting into Android you won't have to worry about waiting forever while it attempts to get a lock.

Make sure your startup.txt has pm.sleep_mode=1 in the command section.

Remove the SIM card and try again. Android randomly finds the SIM card and will do that.

looks like this is mainly happening when i'm on a call, because the brightness is dimmed afterwards. by the zero responses, i'm guessing i'm the only one who has experienced this?

With what build can you set the pm.sleep_mode to 1. Ref or BlazN?

When I tried this (with TRIAD setup), Android comes up, but processes begin crashing. I am trying to overcome the SOD that happens overnight.

Hello,

I am a bit new at this and just did my first ROM flash, but wanted to try Android also.

I downloaded ProjectAndroid2.2Froyo.121610 and installed it to my storage card. SIM card out and no overclocking. I believe I am a Rhod400 with Sprint.

I get the android flash screen and animation, but no more. Reinstalled once. Suggestions?

I appear to be rather dead in the water...

I had same problem and found that I had to add force_cdma=1 to the startup.txt. Just put it in the set cmdline somewhere. That's what worked for me.
