Re: ~Triple Boot~Rhobuntu-Ubuntu on Rhodium %%wifi and sd card works%%
So this is pretty much a livecd image with persistent changes? if you could master your own livecd with the right kernel modules/kernel with built in drivers, could you theoretically make any distro into a phone distro?
think, gentoo/slackware!! maybe conky! geek heaven |

Go here: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index....3Gx20.working Note: I skipped the step on installing PPP since in the latest release PPP networking seems to already be installed. 1. Download the ppp.txt file. 2. Go to LXTerminal. 3. Navigate to the directory where you placed ppp.txt. 4. You will need to know how your access point name (APN) is stored so that you can use it when you type the next command. For verizon it appears to be yournum@vzw3g.com. The username and password are also carrier specific. For verizon it is vzw. 5. Type the command to start a ppp connection like: "bash ppp.txt xxxxxxxxxx@vzw3g.com vzw vzw" 6. Check that the connection is active by typing "ifconfig" 7. I did not edit the DNS servers like it says to on XDA, but that is because I do not know what they are for Verizion. |

There is a new version of Rhobuntu out. Just follow the XDA link on the first page. Not sure if the OP is still active. Perhaps he can update the info.
