My biggest concern isn't as much the battery as, what kind of damage is it doing to the backlight being on 24/7. Because of that I reboot my phone into WM during the night for sure. Hopefully that gets sorted out fairly quickly, can't be good for the backlight to be on all the time.

Do you handle the APK files the same as you would handle CAB files on the Windows system?

It might be like OTA's for Blackberrys the OS reads it and installs ie themes,apps etc. Might be click and go...sweet

That is a very valid point... btw my hardware keyboard light doesnt work on this build.

my light hasnt worked on any build so far lol I had to turn on a light one night to enter my gmail sync stuff

For APK on your SD, you would need to use something like Astro to install the file, and have unknown sources checked in Applications.

I could've swear my keyboard light partial works before. But I think Im going crazy...lol QQustion does the device remember your gmail login? Im charging my phone right now not feel like booting up, I might play with it some more... need sleep
