Here is a link to a thread on this site that is talking about getting data to work on USCC for a mogul. If I knew how to get my MSID I might be able to get data working (Hey, it sounds logical!)

Anyone else want to see if what is said here makes sense and may be applicable to our situation?

Thanks for the post. When you hit the Home key to go back to the home screen, does the application you're running shut down or does it run in background? It seems like the application is still running when I launch the App Killer. Same with the back key, does the application exits or does it keep running. Unlike WM, which allows you to exit the application by hitting "X", I, for the life of me, can't figure how to exit an application under Android.

Android is pretty good about managing memory. It will run the app in the background until it needs the memory and then it will close it. If you want to exit it completely, you can try the menu key and see if it has a quit or exit, otherwise use the task manager regularly. There are many configurable options on the task kill on setting up stuff to ignore etc.

does anyone have those links?

One of the earlier messages in the thread had mentioned these two sites, one of which I believe someone already answered for ya:

http://www.androidfreeware.org/
http://connect-utb.com/index.php?opt...emid=68&id=22:

Otherwise just google Android APK and you will probably come up with tons of places.
