Weird, it's not sluggish or slow to wake for me at all.

Perhaps the electron beam is perceived as sluggish? *shrug*.

Guys testing BT - you're getting WAY ahead of everything lol. Let's start with the basics, then worry about BT. Perhaps that's why everyone is having issues? They're trying to use BT and it's bashing skulls with other things?

I've been using GPS, and data... haven't messed with wifi or tethering or BT at all really.

For some reason I can't get the screen off feature to enable.

Is the electron beam the on/off screen animation? I usually disable all in spare parts.

Ah yea. There's no "on/off screen animation", there's transition animations and window animations. If you set window animations to 'off', you get no electron beam.

What's really weird is if you have transition animations set to anything but 'off' and window animations to 'off', the screen turns off fine (no electron beam) but when the screen turns back on there's no beam, just weird screen flicker. If both are on (to some setting) you get electron beam, and if both are off everything is fine.

usually i do a full cache/data wipe from recovery before every install. You need to make sure the old data is wiped, so use the recovery.

BT looks like its not working for audio routing but it is working for simple things like file transfers. So until i get a headset i wont work on this.

Electron beam ? really i spend days actually making this thing even rumnable and no one likes it ? lol. Disable it if yall hate it.

Looks like ICS is out aosp, so i'm going to update our code to 2.3.7 sooner than later. Also keep in mind not much has changed from the old version except gps, electron beam and Lighsensor values. So keep that in mind when you guys troubleshoot.

One last thing, im posting on XDA to expand our audience so yall are welcomed to help me answer questions there as well. Looks like veryone likes the new LK, so that testing version is here to stay.

use the new LK then. getting to fastboot is easier and should work just fine.

Seems he was having issues getting into recovery. Come to think of it, I almost always use that fastboot boot method instead of the power button. Then once I'm in Android, I always do the reboot to recovery - so I rarely if ever enter recovery by holding the power button.

<tears of joy>

New LK
CWM Recovery

OMGB 1.2.2 off of NAND

really, really exciting

Now to find some stuff to report.

Thank you oh so much for this ... you don't really know how much this means to a legacy SERO dude, who can't imagine letting go of SERO.

Best regards,
