Hrm, never looked into it.

I would look to see what native devices do.

Scratch that, I guess that's for an app.

From what I can tell, you can't change the channel of the built-in wifi tethering - someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

Most of the 3rd party apps on the Market allow it - Barnacle for example allows it.

Re: [BUILD] **Complete FroYo Bundle** FRX07.1 - Maintenance Release

my facebook image upload seems to have stopped working... it goes to 100% then displays a "cannot upload image" error message.

i tried deleting the cache, reinstalling, and even restoring to a previous back-up to no avail... any ideas?

or is the problem on FB's end?

I don't use Facebook, but if it worked before and magically stopped working... Not really sure what to make of that. Did the app update? Did you try rebooting? You tried the other 'common' things that can fix misbehaving apps, so I'm not sure. Perhaps just to test, rename data.img to data.bak and start from square one, and only add that app? Are you trying over wifi/3g/both?

Friday, I got a new Touch Pro2 and put this release on SD Card, the battery is lasting about 5 hours compare to 3 hours with my other TP2. How much battery life is everyone else getting?

Obviously it varies drastically on usage and battery health, but I was getting 8-10 hours with pretty light usage.

This is a great build. But two main issues I am having are:
1) It randomly reboot in the middle of nothing - Any solutions for it?
2) Battery life is only ~6 hrs

1) Logs. There's many reasons for random reboots - for example, your SD card could be causing it. If it's a full reboot to WinMo, LAST_KMSG logs are the only thing that can be recovered.
2) Turn off data when not in use. Don't run apps you don't need/use.

Where can I get the LAST_KMSG logs, I'll send it to you.

Also, how do I turn keyboard backlight ON, which setting should I check?

Keyboard backlight turns on when you type or slide the kb open.

LAST_KMSG is either /proc/last_kmsg, or in /data/system/dropbox.
