Nope, I would say it's not stable.

I tried it with FRX06, and eventually it did seem to settle out - but the first few boots were FC city.

I don't really see any tangible benefits - I know neopeek listed some, but I don't really think they're worth the effort. No offense to his efforts, he obviously worked hard to get it working... but it seems like a lot of work for very little reward.

Using a GUI recovery like CWM becomes necessary with NAND, but I don't see the point on SD card installs. To each their own.

Ya, i kinda agree. I think the main reason he did it was to make it easier for devs to make roms, but the rom development on his site sorta died about two weeks before cwm's release and hasn't picked up since. Its nice to be able to backup and restore, but less useful when there are so few roms.
