If not, it won't do much of anything.

Once I unzipped the file with WinRAR I copied the file over, I didn't see anything that said "show known file extensions" if you could PM how to get it to work it would be great

I just copy and paste it to my SD card in the FRX04 folder and boot, correct?

An easy way for next time is to open the file in notepad, and when you save it, 1) Put quotes around the file name; and 2) Save an "ANSI".
