It's a huge file for the video addon. I had to use a program to clear cache after I installed this because it brought me from 20% to 12% memory left. Used cache program and memory is back.

Re: Yahoo video chat now in marketplace
I can't find it? It is the Yahoo messenger download, then you get an option to download the video chat part?

When you try to make a video call in the messenger app, it will prompt you to download the video chat addon.

Re: Yahoo Video Chat Download
I installed and uninstalled this again. I just reinstalled it again to see if I could at least get it working for Phone to PC chat with my wife's computer and its still not working.
When I try to chat with her, it says she is online. So when I open a chat and go to menu > video ..its grayed out. So I hit the menu icon at the top next to her name (in the chat window) and it shows me all her contact info. It shows me icons for email, IM and video. If I click video it starts to call her,but it doesnt show up on her computer. She gets the IM but no video. But even on this screen, the video icon is grayed out. How have you guys gotten this to work? I'm using the version of Yahoo Messenger from the Market Place. version 1.2. But I thought the old version was 1.2.1? |
