so I guess those folder where the files go for the ringers need to be in the ROOT of the memory card? IE /media/audio

also which one of the folders do I put the custom RINGERS I want to assign to contacts? and what is the difference between the alerts and notifications folders??

speaking of custom sounds... DOES ANYONE know how to assign a custom sound for email? there doesnt seem to be a way. I go into EMAIL on the EVO and hit settings and NOTIFICATIONS and there is no choice to select a sound for email. It seems to use the default notification. Any ideas?
