Just press camera+power+reset and see what bootloader says
from 2.47 or 2.40 bootloader you can
a) copy nbh to card and flash from bootloader
b) connect to computer and flash ROM
*edit* just wanna note that activesync will not connect in bootloader mode, but you
can flash a ROM...
