The STOCK Sprint HTC Touch had this same exact problem. Once the ROM was upgrade to WM6.1, with the new radio, the problem was alleviated.

My problems went away, once I tried the very first unofficial WM6.1 ROM.

I meant that I didn't think Sprint would give out an official WM6.5 update.

To get 6.5 on the Pro, wouldn't we need it to be released for SOME variation of the Pro, so that we have compatible drivers? I thought that was the main issue, since each device is slightly different.

Good to hear that people are willing to port it though If 6.5 comes out soon, or 7, it might divert my attention from the Pre, which, as it stands, has mine, undivided.
