Edit..
I found the titan 2.40 bootloader but my question is this. Since I downgraded from 3.35 to 2.17 due to the fact I have olipro 1.20, does this mean I can't put 2.40 on there? Meaning I'm stuck with 2.17 as my rom? I tried to download 3.35 on to my phone but it won't let me, it keeps crashing.
For those who have Olipro 1.20 and are stuck with the same issue and wanna downgrade, here's the RUU Titan 2.17 rom

There are three parts to the "operating system" of your phone.
1. ROM
2. Radio
3. Bootloader (also called locker, unlocker, re-locker, SPL)
The three components are saved in discrete portions of the device's memory. Installing or flashing one does not overwrite the others. All three must be compatible for the phone to operate properly. If you stop the upgrade process recommended by the ROM compiler prior to completion, your phone may not operate properly. If you flash an official stock OEM ROM package, it contains all three components.
The only combinations that work properly are:
A.
1. 2.xx level official stock ROM or custom ROM based on official stock 2.xx ROM
2. 1.xx level radio
3. 1.xx level locker/unlocker/bootloader/SPL
B.
1. 3.xx level official stock ROM or custom ROM based on official stock 3.xx ROM
2. 3.xx radio
3. 2.xx level locker/unlocker/bootloader/SPL
No other combination will work properly. Custom ROMs can be numbered however the ROM compiler decides to number them, and are often inconsistent with the official numbering schemes, so you have to research the custom ROM to determine what level official stock ROM it is based upon.
If you have the Olipro 1.20 unlocked bootloader installed, you must install either the relocker or the Olipro 2.40 unlocked bootloader PRIOR TO flashing an official stock level 3.xx OEM ROM; or must install the Olipro 2.40 unlocked bootloader and the level 3.xx radio PRIOR TO flashing a custom ROM based upon a stock level 3.xx OEM ROM. Installing a bootloader/unlocker/relocker/SPL requires that your phone be able to connect to your PC through Activesync or WMDC, which means that to change the bootloader, you must have a compatible set of bootloader, ROM, and radio installed. Therefore, the bootloader currently on your device controls what level ROM and radio you must flash. Once you get to a compatible set, you may then install a different bootloader and proceed with flashing ROMs (and radio if necessary).
Based on the number of questions about upgrading, it is obvious that threads about how to upgrade are hard to find; they are apparently well-hidden in the "sticky thread" area. So, here are some links:
