You can get an AIRAVE or whatever they call the new ones that work with 3G data. You'll probably have to say it's for home use though. You'll need a free network port and a location close enough to a window so it can pull a GPS signal. They can use cell towers for the location if the signal is strong enough (at least the older version that I have does). Usually when you tell them your signal is bad, they usually will give you a credit for the $5/mo charge. I haven't paid for mine since I've had it (did have to call and have them re-new the credit for another 2 yrs.).
